ABOUT
Glenbrook-Blaxland Cricket Club has been a proud part of the Lower Blue Mountains community since the early 1970s. The club, as it stands today, was formed in 2000 through the merger of three local clubs: Glenbrook Senior Cricket Club (est. 1971/72), Glenbrook Junior Cricket Club (est. 1977/78), and Blaxland Cricket Club (est. 1983/84).
We are a welcoming, grassroots cricket club that provides opportunities for players of all ages and skill levels to enjoy the great game of cricket. Whether you're new to the sport or an experienced player, there's a place for you at GBCC.

Our teams play in the true spirit of the game—focused on fun, fairness, and encouragement. From age six and up, whether you're looking to play socially or competitively, we have a team that suits you.

During the summer, we field junior and senior teams of all skill levels in the Nepean District Cricket Association, as well as teams in the all-girls Thunder League and Cricket Blast programs. We also participate in the Sydney Morning Cricket Association’s Winter Cricket competition.
GBCC has a proud history and a reputation for excellent sportsmanship. We're especially proud of the junior development pathways we've built, which have helped nurture top-level players including current Australian captain Pat Cummins, Sydney Sixers and Tasmanian captain, Jordan Silk, and Australian representative Laura Wright (ACT/TAS).
